The press is already inquiring how to secure President Noynoy Aquino as he delivers his first ever SONA on Monday, July 26, 2010 @ 8:00 a.m. (Manila Time) / July 25, 2010 8:00 p.m. (US Eastern Time) 7:00 p.m. (US Central Time) 5:00 p.m. (US Pacific Time) during a regular joint session of the Philippine Congress which will be held at Batasang Pambansa, Quezon City. This is a very much anticipated event as people would like to hear what our President has to say. President Noynoy Aquino already warned that his First SONA will “shock” Filipinos since he will unveil at least “five discoveries” wherein two of the five will surprise our fellowmen.
